Return Policy

[ Note ] : Under what conditions can a return be requested?

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Customers can request a return within fourteen days of receiving the product.

- The fourteen-day inspection period is in accordance with consumer protection laws. Customers (including the recipient, family members, or superintendents) can return the product unconditionally within seven days, starting from the day after the product is received, as long as the product is in brand-new condition and its packaging is intact.

- Please note that returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. Items that have been washed or soiled (including animal hair and other dust on clothing).

  2. Items that have been altered.

  3. Items with removed or cut tags.

  4. Items whose packaging is not in brand-new condition, has been damaged, or cannot be restored to its original state.

  5. Items with stains, makeup, perfume, or missing accessories.

  6. Returns requested after fourteen days from the delivery date.

  7. Items that have already been exchanged once without defects.

  8. Non-VAXEE items or items without proof of purchase.

[ Return Shipping Costs ] : If the received product is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost. However, if the return is made for reasons other than product defects, please bear the return shipping cost.

After the returned product is received, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection. 

Once the inspection is complete, please wait 24-48 hours for your refund to be processed.
