Weight notes of XE Wireless

Jan, 10 ,2023

Thank you all for your continued interest in our wireless mouse products. For a company like ourselves that is just starting out, we hold gratefulness in our hearts for your support. This is why with all of our social posts or news articles, we say “Thank you for your support”. We know that when it comes to the weight of the XE Wireless, many friends out there may not be satisfied. To avoid many repetitive replies in the comments section which only serve to inconvenience everyone, we would like to instead explain the reason here.

We hope that everyone who buys products from VAXEE feels assured that they are being served with high quality products and services. This is the direction we have been working hard towards. We know that for those who use ultra-light mice, the XE Wireless is still too heavy. At this point, we want to be completely transparent and say that based on the standards we have set for the overall build quality and durability of the mouse, we are unable to produce the extremely lightweight mice that many currently want.

With that said, we will continue to work hard to improve ourselves and gradually reduce the weight of our mice without sacrificing quality or stability. This is what we have done with our wired mice as well -  ZYGEN NP-01 (75g), OUTSET AX (76g), ZYGEN NP-01S (71g), VAXEE XE (67.5g). With our current ability and while keeping the overall user experience as a priority, we cannot immediately reduce too much weight. We are sorry to disappoint those who were hoping for greater weight reductions and hope this explanation can help with future expectations. Finally, we would like to thank you all again. If there is anything we can help with, we encourage you to contact us through our customer service channels so that we can provide you with personalized 1-on-1 service.
