Please check your ZYGEN NP-01S Wireless mouse

We have received feedback from approximately 20 customers worldwide who purchased the ZYGEN NP-01S Wireless mouse so far, stating that there is a slight looseness and noise when tapping the sides of the top cover with their fingers, particularly on the right side. We would like to remind everyone to check their NP-01S Wireless mouse for the same issue. If you experience the same problem, please contact our customer service, and we will provide you with a free replacement and cover the related shipping costs. 

Although the black and white colors have already arrived or are about to arrive in various regions, we do not want anyone to receive defective products. Therefore, we will conduct a full inspection to ensure there are no issues before shipping them out. As a result, shipping may be delayed by 2-3 days in some areas. We will announce the revised shipping schedule on our social media channels.

VAXEE's mission is to become a platform where everyone can shop with peace of mind. Although the slight looseness may not necessarily affect the functionality of the mouse, we feel obligated to provide a more complete product, especially to our early supporters who made the initial purchases. 

We are deeply sorry for this incident and feel ashamed. It has made us more aware of the significant room for improvement within VAXEE. We would like to express our gratitude to the customers who reported this issue to us and offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused.

If you're unsure how to perform the inspection, you can follow the instructions in the following video to check your mouse. Place your right hand on the mouse (no need to apply pressure) and lightly press the same spot with your left thumb. If there is insufficient tightness, you may experience looseness and abnormal sounds:
