XE Wireless and NP-01S Wireless Button Misfire Signal Firmware Update

We have received feedback from a few users that the left and right buttons of VAXEE XE Wireless and ZYGEN NP-01S Wireless mice occasionally send incorrect signals (not double-clicks). For instance, during gaming, suddenly firing when pressing the left button or unexpectedly closing the scope when holding down the right button. This issue is a result of the newly added anti-accidental click feature, which has led to misfire signal problems. To address this, we have designed a new firmware update that completely resolves the issue of sporadic misfire signals while keeping all other functions the same as the previous version.

If you are experiencing the above issues, we recommend downloading the updated firmware version released on August 11, 2023. While not all XE Wireless and NP-01S Wireless devices are affected, if you frequently engage in competitive gaming, we recommend updating to the new firmware version.

XE Wireless and NP-01S Wireless will introduce new version updates across the board in late August. For friends who have made purchases during this recent period, you will still need to manually download the updates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we will strive to improve our shortcomings while continuing to provide stable products.
