Hence, we came up with the idea of the "VAXEE Mouse Trial Package" and devised a process to make it easy for everyone to apply for a trial. Here's how it works:
1. Deposit-Free Application:
While there is a risk of loss with the mice, we decided to put our trust in the quality of our VAXEE enthusiasts. Only if there is a significant number of losses that affect the rights of applicants will we adjust the application process.
2. Free Shipping:
VAXEE covers all shipping costs both ways. We aim to avoid any additional burden on everyone.
3. Apply for 3 Different Designs (with 1 set of VXD02 (4K) receiver):
Recognizing the need to personally experience different designs, you can apply to experience 2 or 1 design if preferred.
4. 7-Day Trial:
Excluding delivery time, you have 7 days from parcel receipt for the trial. We believe 7 days should be enough for most people to assess the mouse's design, tracking movement, stability, and clicking feel suitability.
As this is our first time organizing such an event, we're concerned about any potential imperfections in the process. Therefore, the VAXEE Mouse Trial Program will run for a period of 3 months, during which we will make adjustments as necessary.
For those applying to experience the product, please feel no pressure if it doesn't suit you. This is not a sales promotion. However, if you're willing to share your thoughts with us after the experience, it would provide us with valuable direction for improvement, and we would greatly appreciate it.

Currently we will only accept applications from Germany due to our logistics limitation and to ensure a smooth experience. As we gain experience from the trial program within these three months, we hope to expand this program to other countries one by one across Europe.
Application Time: 10:00 AM (GMT), March 8 , 2024 After submitting the application form, you will receive a confirmation email from VAXEE customer service regarding the application for experiencing. Applicants are kindly requested to reply to confirm the application and double-check the shipping address. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, we will prioritize your eligibility later. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The experience period is 7 days after receiving the experience box. On the 8th day you can send it back to us with the included waybill in a UPS Access Point. Please hand over the waybill included inside the box, along with the UPS envelope and cardboard box used to send the experience box.
