Shipping and Launch Information for the VAXEE XE V2 with Corrected Base Unevenness

VAXEE's quality control team has completed the correction and inspection of the base unevenness issue. The corrected XE V2 units have been shipped to the regions served by VAXEE. Since we don’t want our customers who requested exchanges to wait too long, shipping will begin immediately upon arrival in each region. As a result, the delivery start dates may vary. We will announce the start of deliveries on our social media once they begin.

We will prioritize completing the exchange process before launching sales of the XE V2 in Obsidian Black and Pink. The sales start date will be announced separately on our social media.

At the same time, we’d like to give a heads-up that the new June colors—Lake Green and White—will begin shipping to each region on June 6. Sales are expected to begin between June 10 and 12.

We encourage everyone to consider their preferred color carefully before making a purchase to avoid unnecessary waste.
 
The following information is for customers who have already purchased the XE V2 and are requesting an exchange:
  1. In addition to the new XE V2 unit, you will also receive a PA compensation pad. Customers who made their purchase within the first three days will also receive a mouse protective case.
  2. Since the release of the new Lake Green and White colors is approaching, if you wish to exchange your product for one of the new colors, please contact our customer service. We will be offering a special color exchange service. If you choose to switch colors, the estimated shipping time will be between June 10 and 12. Please consider this carefully if timing is a concern.
