To Friends Who Care About the VAXEE x Pulsar Joint Development

      On September 17, Pulsar Gaming Gears (AplusX Inc.) announced a joint product development partnership with VAXEE. After the announcement, we received questions from many friends who care about VAXEE, so we would like to take this opportunity to provide a clear explanation of this collaboration.

Our partnership with Pulsar focuses on the Pulsar eS series, with an emphasis on meeting the needs of professional esports players and prioritizing product stability. Through this joint development, we also hope to make it easier for friends in regions where VAXEE cannot directly provide service to purchase eS series products that embody VAXEE’s design philosophy, using Pulsar’s distribution channels. The first joint products will include a wireless mouse and mousepad, planned for release by the end of 2025 (However, the current status of the mouse may cause its release to be postponed until the first quarter of 2026).

This strategic partnership  does not affect the existing businesses of either company. VAXEE will remain an independent company, continue to develop new products, and strive to improve both service and product quality. By working with Pulsar, we aim to offer more choices to esports enthusiasts without compromising the founding principles of VAXEE.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Pulsar CEO Kunhee Shim. He has both a far-reaching vision for the esports industry and a highly proactive and decisive approach to execution. We look forward to bringing more and better products and experiences to gamers worldwide through this partnership.

Below are some of the most frequently asked questions we have received, along with our answers:

Q1. Was VAXEE acquired?
No. VAXEE has not been acquired. The partnership is limited to product development and does not involve acquisition or merger. VAXEE remains an independent company and will continue to release new products.

Q2. Can VAXEE customers buy the joint work products at Vaxee platform?
Under the agreement, these products will not be sold on the VAXEE platform. They will be available through Pulsar’s distribution channels, which may be more convenient for most customers. All collaboration products will be 100% quality-checked by VAXEE’s inspection team.

Q3. Can I contact VAXEE for support if I buy Joint work products?
Yes. Even though the products are not sold on the VAXEE platform, we will still provide pre- and post-purchase support. However, for product replacement or defect-related issues, we cannot directly handle exchanges since we do not sell or stock these products.

Q4. What products will be part of the joint work?
Currently, the work includes mice and mousepads.

Q5. Why partner with Pulsar? Are there plans to work with other brands?
Our two companies share the same philosophy and want to combine our strengths to offer new choices to esports players. VAXEE will continue developing new products, but given our limited resources, we will focus on this collaboration during the partnership period and will not work with other mouse brands.

Q6. When will the joint work products be available?
Because all  products are tested and quality-controlled by VAXEE, the release schedule will not be rushed. Mousepads are expected to launch between October and November, and the wireless mouse between December 2025 and January 2026. The exact release dates will depend on our test results and quality control process, so they may still change.

Q7. Will VAXEE continue to release its own mice and mousepads?
Yes. We will continue to release PD mousepads with different levels of softness and surface glide, with these new pads being gradually introduced within this year.
As for wireless mice, we will keep upgrading our existing models. Since stability is the highest guiding principle for VAXEE mice, and PixArt’s wireless solutions have proven to be consistently stable, combined with the strong support from their development team, we will continue to adopt their latest wireless solutions. Our next new mouse is planned for release in Q1 2026, though the official launch timing will ultimately depend on the results of our testing.
