Pre-orders for the ZYGEN NP-01 are less than a day away with us starting to take orders from 12pm tomorrow (1st of October). For our friends who are interested in making a pre-order, we would like to share some information that we hope you will read through carefully. 


Warranty Information

The warranty information of each region has been listed at the bottom of the product page. If you have concerns about the warranty, please look through for more information. If there is any part you are unclear about, or if you have concerns, you are welcome to contact our customer service team for further information. 


Pre-order Quantity Limit - 2 per Person 

We understand that some people are not willing to spend the time to register for an account and might instead ask friends to help them make a purchase. There are also those that might want to purchase them as gifts. 
The reason we have a quantity restriction is to prevent situations whereby someone purchases in bulk and sells in regions we currently do not service at much higher prices. We do not want this to happen to our friends in these regions and we ask for your patience as we slowly expand. Our production capacity is limited but if we run out of stock, we will work hard to fulfill stock as soon as we can. 


Glossy Coating and New Shape

The glossy version of the ZYGEN NP-01 is scheduled to launch in Q1, 2021. And later this year, in November, together with our esports partner, Zhengwei “alex” Bian, we will release the shape of his first esports product, a “Non-symmetrical, right-handed mouse”. 
Those of you who are interested in the products we mentioned above, please consider before making your first purchase from us. 


List Of Countries Served - Added Singapore

We would like to announce that Singapore will be one of the countries that VAXEE will service at launch. Singapore is where one of VAXEE's founding members, Prasad "StrykerX" Paramajothi is from and he looks forward to serving you with passion and professionalism. Singapore will be one of the nations where you can pre-order the ZYGEN NP-01, come 1st of October.

We have received questions about other countries in the APAC region and we have plans for expansion but do not have a fixed timeline yet.
