VAXEE PA Series Custom ID is now available

Starting today (date), we are going to start accepting orders for the VAXEE PA Series Custom ID Mousepads. It will be priced at €42.99 (Limited to 2 per customer). As we mentioned previously, as a way to express our thanks, if you have made a purchase before 2021/7/8 and your account has no record of refunds, you will be able to purchase the Custom ID mousepad at the price of the Standard version (€29.99). This will be available till 2021/8/18 (Limited to 2 per customer).

Please note that our custom ID process is still being fine-tuned and because of this, each customer is only able to purchase 1 of each version through the website. Should you want to place an order for 2 x ZYGEN or OUTSET Custom ID pads, please contact us through our customer service system and we will gladly assist you.

Since we launched the PA Series Mousepad, we have received a lot of positive feedback from customers who have purchased the pad. While we are grateful, we are also worried that we will quickly reach our maximum production capacity for the Custom ID pads. Both the production and packing process for the Custom ID versions are more complicated than the Standard version which is why we originally estimated a 30-45 days lead time. However if we reach our maximum production capacity, the lead time will be more than what we previously estimated.

If there are too many orders and we have to extend the lead time, we will make a statement and add an explanation to our product page. You can take this into consideration before making a purchase. We do not want to shorten the lead time only to sacrifice the quality of our products and our service.

Once you place an order for a Custom ID pad, we will immediately start the production process and because it is a longer and more complicated process, your order cannot be modified or refunded. If you would like to make a purchase, please refer to the order process below:

First, select the version you prefer (ZYGEN or OUTSET)

1.Click “Edit Design” to design the mousepad

2.Click “ID”

3.Click “Edit ID”

4.Type the ID you would like to print on the mouse pad.
We allow English characters from A to Z, numbers from 0 to 9, or symbols with ~ ` ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + [ { ] } \ | ' " ; : ? / . > , <, [Maximum 24 character combination.]

5.After you finish editing, a preview of your ID will be shown on the left side of your screen.
6.If you would like to edit the ID, you can click “Back” or “Cancel Changes” to return to the previous page.
7.Once you confirm the design, please click “Confirm Changes”

8.Lastly, click “Complete Design” to save your design.

9.We will save your last 3 designs automatically for 2 days. If you are not sure which design to go with, you can always log back into your account to view it again.
10.You can also edit the saved designs again. Once you are sure of the design you want, click “Add to Cart” to proceed with your order placement.

To prevent overloading of our servers and a smooth overall experience for our customers, availability for each region will start at slightly different timings. If you are not able to yet make your purchase but friends from other regions can, please don't worry. It will soon be your region's turn.
