Discontinuation of the VAXEE PB and a compensation plan for existing VAXEE PB customers

We recently received feedback from customers who have used the PB for over a month. They let us know that the sides of the originally flat base will be slightly curved upwards and cannot lay flat on the table. Although the areas that this occurs does not affect actual usage, this issue defeats the purpose of our original concept of developing the PB. 

At the same time, we do not want such quality defects to affect our friends who have put their trust in us and purchased the VAXEE PB. We started the VAXEE platform to provide high-quality products and with this in mind, we have decided to stop the production of the VAXEE PB till we are able to solve this issue. 

To our friends who have purchased the PB, we are deeply sorry. Whether or not you are having this issue, we would like to take responsibility and compensate you for this inconvenience. We will not be able to provide you with a PB that is free from this issue but instead, we want to provide you with your choice of 2 VAXEE PA mousepads while still allowing you to keep the PB. We will bear the full cost of shipping and you can choose any 2 designs you’d like. This includes the VAXEE PA Black, which hasn’t been listed. This pad has the same base as the PA, but like the PB does not have an ink printed surface which gives it a more controlled feel. Alternatively, you can also choose to get a refund and we will arrange for collection of your PB.

Many friends around the world have been asking when the VAXEE PB Black will be in stock. It will take us sometime to solve the problem of the composite base and we do not have a timeline for this. If you are looking for a more controlled feel without an ink printed surface, we will be launching the VAXEE PA Black in the near future. We hope that for some of you,  this will solve the need for a different surface. 

Once again, we would like to sincerely apologize to our friends who have purchased the PB Black and also to those who have been looking forward to purchasing one. We will continue to work to improve the quality of our products so as to feel deserving of the support you have given us so far.  

Compensation plan for VAXEE PB Black purchases:

1. We have sent a "link" to your registered VAXEE member's email address. If you have not received this email, please contact our customer service team.
2. Please click on the link and select VAXEE PA. You may choose 2 separate designs or 2 of the same design. 
3. If you would prefer to return the product and get a refund, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you as a soon as possible.
