Winter 23 Online Submission - No limitation to the winter theme

From Winter 22, through Summer 23, to Winter 23, we have been fortunate to receive a multitude of high-quality submissions from both creators and supporters within the span of this year. These submissions have led to tangible feedback for the creators as well.

The submission process for Winter 23 is largely similar to the past; however, this time we have deliberately extended the submission period, aiming to provide everyone with ample preparation time. Additionally, even though it's Winter 23, the theme is not limited to winter; our hope is to stimulate a broader range of creativity.

Due to the subjective nature of stylistic preferences, and drawing from the experience of Summer 23, the top 3 ranked submissions determined by global online voting will have their designs transformed into VAXEE PA mouse pads for sale on the VAXEE platform. For every unit sold, a commission of 1 US dollar will be provided to the respective creators (please note: 20% income tax will be deducted, resulting in a net gain of US$ 0.8 per unit sold).

Below is a detailed explanation regarding the "Creator Submissions" and "Online Voting" processes:

Creator Submissions:
We understand the effort that goes into each creation. Due to practical production considerations, we kindly request that creators thoroughly review the "Design Draft Specifications" instructions. This is to ensure that submitted works can be feasibly produced and not discarded due to impracticality.
Submission Period: From August 16th, 2023, to September 6th, 2023, at 2:00 AM.

Note: VAXEE's assessment is purely based on the quality of the submissions. Depending on the quality of the entries, VAXEE will select 10 or more works to proceed to the online voting phase. For entries that qualify for online voting, upon signing a "Designer's Memo" VAXEE will produce 2 PA mouse pads as gifts for the creators.

Online Voting:
As preferences for styles vary, each individual is allowed to cast a maximum of 2 votes for their favorite pieces. We encourage everyone to actively participate in the voting process, showing support for the works they like and motivating the creators.

Online Voting Period: From 2:00 AM on September 8th, 2023, to 2:00 AM on September 21st, 2023.
Results Announcement: September 22nd, 2023 (Top 3 highest-voted entries). The voting link will be separately provided.
The Winter23 series PA mouse pads are expected to be available for purchase in late October.

Winter23 Creator Earnings:
For every unit of the Winter23 series sold, a commission of 1 US dollar will be provided to the creator (after deducting 20% income tax, resulting in a net payment of US$0.8 per unit sold). After both parties sign the contract, at the beginning of each month, the sales figures from the previous month will be communicated via email. Upon confirmation by the creator, payment in USD will be transferred to the designated account as per the contract. Proof of tax deduction will be provided via email.
