VAXEE's creator submission event on our e-commerce platform has entered its 4th year, and we are excited to officially announce the launch of the "Summer 25" submission event. In the spirit of continuous improvement, we have added some new submission rules to ensure the event runs smoothly and fairly. Here are the new guidelines:
1.To prevent AI-generated creations and ensure fairness, creators must submit the complete design layers
Please provide the complete set of layers from the initial creation to the final product. Submitting only partial layers during the review process will be considered an invalid submission and treated as a forfeiture.
2.Suspicious vote manipulation will result in disqualification
To honor the efforts of all creators, the VAXEE team will monitor online voting closely. In the past, we deducted improper votes in case of "vote manipulation." However, since the VAXEE e-commerce platform is dedicated to serving and supporting our community, this added considerable workload. To allocate our limited resources to customer service, we urge all creators and supporters not to use "vote manipulation software." Any instances of "vote manipulation" will result in immediate disqualification from the event.
3.Summer 25 will maintain three main theme categories: "Seasonal," "Anime," and "Other."
We believe categorizing the themes will help balance the event, allowing friends with different preferences to vote for and purchase products that match their favorite styles.
Additionally, illustrator imi, who has been submitting works since his first entry, has consecutively earned high votes for three submissions that were turned into products. To satisfy fans of the anime style, imi has become a VAXEE contracted creator and will no longer participate in the 2025 submission event.
4.Each creator can submit only one theme
If a submission deviates too much from the chosen theme, we will contact the creator to adjust the theme. If we cannot contact the creator, it will be treated as a forfeiture.
5.Selection process and creator earnings
For each of the three themes—"Seasonal," "Anime," and "Other"—we will select the top two works with the highest votes through global online voting. Six creators will have their designs featured as mousepads. However, if the number of submissions for a particular theme is either too few or too many, we may adjust the number of winners accordingly.
VAXEE will collaborate with creators to release PA and PA M mouse pads for sale on the platform. For each PA sold, creators will receive a commission of US$1, and for each PA M sold, they will receive US$0.5.
(Note: A 20% income tax will be deducted. The actual commission will be US$0.8 per PA and US$0.4 per PA M.)
The first-place winners in each category, in addition to PA, will also have PE-L launched. For each PE-L sold, creators will receive a commission of US$1.5.

We understand the effort that goes into each creation. However, due to practical production considerations, we kindly ask creators to carefully read the Design Specifications to ensure their submitted works can be produced. Submissions that cannot be mass-produced may be rejected.

【Theme Descriptions】
Designs related to the spring and summer seasons are welcome. Elements such as scenery, imagery, and concepts tied to these seasons align with the theme.
This category focuses on designs that illustrate flat-image worlds, such as Japanese animation, manga, or video game styles.
Any designs that fall outside of Seasonal and Anime themes are considered "Other Styles," including illustrations, oil paintings, and other art forms with no specific restrictions.
