Since the Winter 2022 campaign when VAXEE first launched its submission activities, we are grateful for the countless creators who have accompanied and contributed along the way, joining us through several summers and winters. Regardless of whether a work was selected or stood out in the final voting, every line drawn and every ounce of focus and dedication has brought more vibrant colors and stories to the world. Winter symbolizes an ending, but also the beginning of a new year. We look forward to seeing more beautiful creations in this Winter25 submission campaign.

The original intention of the submission campaign is to provide support for creators. To ensure the Winter25 submission campaign is carried out fairly and smoothly, the rules are outlined as follows:

1. To prevent AI-generated submissions and maintain fairness, creators must provide complete creation layers.
Please submit the full set of layers from the early stages of creation through to the final work. Submissions with only partial layers will be deemed invalid. If your work is completed by hand drawing, please retain a video or time-lapse of the creative process for verification in case of disputes. If the above requirements are not met after file review, the submission will be considered forfeited.

2. Any abnormal vote manipulation will result in immediate disqualification.
To honor the efforts of all creators, the VAXEE team will continuously monitor the voting process. Any abnormal vote manipulation will lead to direct disqualification.

3. This campaign will feature three theme categories: “Seasonal,” “Anime,” and “Other.”
If a work significantly deviates from the chosen theme, we will contact the creator for adjustments. If we are unable to reach the creator, the submission will be considered forfeited.

4. Each creator may submit only one work under one theme.
Each individual may choose only one theme category and submit one artwork.

5. Selection process and creator benefits.
Global online voting will determine the top two works in each of the three categories: “Seasonal,” “Anime,” and “Other.” In total, six creators will have their designs produced as mousepads. However, if a category has too few or too many submissions, the number of selected works may be adjusted accordingly.

VAXEE will collaborate with the creators to release PA and PA M mousepads for sale on the platform. For each PA sold, the creator will receive a commission of USD 1, and for each PA M sold, the creator will receive a commission of USD 0.5.
(Note: A 20% income tax will be withheld. The actual amount received will be USD 0.8 per PA and USD 0.4 per PA M sold.)

In addition to the PA mousepad, the first-place winners of each category will also have a PE-L version released. For each PE-L sold, the creator will receive a commission of USD 1.5.

It is important to inform creators that the raw materials for the PE base are limited. Once the initial batch of PE-L is sold out, it will not be restocked. Since this may affect the commission earnings for the first-place winners, we want to make this point clear.

The reason for this change is that we are shifting our development focus toward the PD series of color mousepads, which are still in the testing phase. If everything goes smoothly, we will consider introducing the PD color mousepad versions in Summer 2026. (Note: A 20% income tax will be withheld. The actual amount received will be USD 1.2 per PE-L sold.)

We understand the effort and dedication that goes into each creation. Due to practical production considerations, we kindly ask creators to carefully read the【Design Specification】to avoid submissions being disqualified for mass production issues.

【Theme Descriptions】

Seasonal
Since the creations will be released during autumn and winter, elements related to these two seasons—such as scenery, imagery, and concepts—fall under this theme.

Anime
Designs that depict a flat, illustrated world, such as styles inspired by Japanese animation, manga, or games.

Others
Any works outside the Seasonal and Anime themes fall into this category, such as illustrations, oil paintings, or other unrestricted styles.

Since preferences are not limited to a single style, each participant may cast up to two votes for their favorite works. We encourage everyone to actively vote and support the creators and works they like.

Results Announcement: October 16, 2025
The Winter25 series mousepads are expected to launch in early November.
The exact release date will be announced on our social channels based on production and quality inspection status.

Note: VAXEE evaluates solely based on the quality of the works. Multiple works may be selected for online voting depending on submission quality. Selected works entering the online voting phase will have two PA mousepads produced and gifted to the creators after signing the【Designer’s Memo】.
