Creators who have been waiting for the VAXEE submission campaign, thank you for your patience. Since Winter 22, the VAXEE submission campaign has entered its fourth year. We sincerely thank all creators for your dedication and participation, bringing beautiful works to everyone every summer and winter.

For the Summer 26 submission campaign, we had originally planned to change the “Other” category into more clearly defined thematic categories. However, considering that some creators may have already prepared works for this submission, we have decided to postpone this change. At the same time, we also welcome everyone to share any themes they are interested in. We will consolidate all feedback and evaluate whether to introduce new themes in Winter 26.

To ensure the campaign proceeds fairly and smoothly, the rules for the Summer 26 submission campaign are as follows:

1. To prevent AI-generated submissions and maintain fairness, creators must provide complete creation layers.
Please submit the full set of layers from the early stages of creation through to the final work. Submissions with only partial layers will be deemed invalid. If your work is completed by hand drawing, please retain a video or time-lapse of the creative process for verification in case of disputes. If the above requirements are not met after file review, the submission will be considered forfeited.

2. Any abnormal vote manipulation will result in immediate disqualification.
To honor the efforts of all creators, the VAXEE team will continuously monitor the voting process. Any abnormal vote manipulation will lead to direct disqualification.

3. This campaign will feature three theme categories: “Seasonal,” “Anime,” and “Other.”
If a work significantly deviates from the chosen theme, we will contact the creator for adjustments. If we are unable to reach the creator, the submission will be considered forfeited.

4. Each creator may submit only one work under one theme.
Each individual may choose only one theme category and submit one artwork.

5. Selection process and creator benefits.
Voting will be conducted globally online. Within the three categories—“Seasonal,” “Anime,” and “Other”—the two works with the highest number of votes in each category will be selected. We will then produce mouse pads featuring the styles of these six creators.

However, if the number of submissions in any category is too low or too high, we may adjust the number of selected works accordingly, either decreasing or increasing the allocation based on the situation.

VAXEE will collaborate with creators to launch PA and PA M mouse pads for sale on the platform. For each PA mouse pad sold, a commission of USD 1 will be provided to the creator, and for each PA M mouse pad sold, a commission of USD 0.5 will be provided.

(Note: A 20% income tax will be withheld. After tax, the actual amount received per PA sold is USD 0.8, and per PA M sold is USD 0.4.)

We understand the effort and dedication that goes into each creation. Due to practical production considerations, we kindly ask creators to carefully read the【Design Specification】to avoid submissions being disqualified for mass production issues.

【Theme Descriptions】

Seasonal
As the creation and launch period falls in spring and summer, elements related to these two seasons—such as scenery, imagery, and concepts—are considered to fit this theme.

Anime
Designs that depict a flat, illustrated world, such as styles inspired by Japanese animation, manga, or games.

Others
Any works outside the Seasonal and Anime themes fall into this category, such as illustrations, oil paintings, or other unrestricted styles.

【Online Voting】
Since preferences are not limited to a single style, each participant may cast up to two votes for their favorite works. We encourage everyone to actively vote and support the creators and works they like.

Results Announcement: May 28, 2026

The Summer 26 series mouse pads are scheduled to be released in mid-June.

The exact launch date will be announced on our social media channels, depending on production and quality inspection progress.

Note: VAXEE evaluates solely based on the quality of the works. Multiple works may be selected for online voting depending on submission quality. Selected works entering the online voting phase will have two PA mousepads produced and gifted to the creators after signing the【Designer’s Memo】
