  • What countries do you ship to?

    VAXEE.co/eu/ ships to all countries in the European Union, Bosnia, Chile, Kazahkstan, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom,

  • How long will you hold the order before payment?

    We will keep your order for 5 days to allow you to make the bank transfer. After the 5th day, we will put it back as available stock.
    Please provide us your order number, attach the bank receipt and include your IBAN and Name on the Bank account to make it easier to check for the payment.

  • Where do I send my bank transfer?

  • How can I register for an account?

    You can register with your Email address, Facebook, or Google account.

    If you choose to sign in with a third party account (Facebook, Google) and have previously registered for a VAXEE account using your email, the system will connect your account to Facebook or Google, and you can log in with either of these methods.

  • Where do I send my payment proof?

    After the transfer is complete, please go to the order page and fill out your payment information.

  • What if I forget my password?

    Click "Forgot your password?” on the member login page and enter your registered email account. The system will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

  • Customer Service and Inquiries

    VAXEE provides customer service through the following methods:
    1. Click this symbol  on the bottom right corner of the page to directly contact a Customer Service specialist.
    2. Through a message: Click “Contact Us” on the page to select your question type, and leave a message for our Customer Service specialists.
    Once the message has been received, VAXEE will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • How long to wait for payment to be confirmed?

    Please allow 48-72h after you submit the payment for the order to be confirmed.

  • Delete your VAXEE Account

    You can delete your VAXEE Account at any time. but If you change your mind, you are not be able to recover it.

    1. After logging in as a member, select "Member Center" in the top menu
    2. Inquiry Information → Inquiry History
    3. "Inquiry Type" Other Inquiries
    and stated in the consultation that you need to remove your account
    We will contact you and delete your VAXEE account for you

    Once the information is confirmed, we will delete all account information for you, including purchase records, member accounts, and all member data from our Website and Database.
    To ensure the information is correct and to protect your account, we will double-check the account deletion request, the account deletion request is only allowed to be made by the account owner himself, or if the account owner is incapacitated or dead, it is allowed to be made by a legal representative.
